The problem
Running a training centre involves much more than a public course list. Visitors need to find sessions by topic and location, register, and receive the right emails. Staff need one place to maintain planning, locations, certifications, registrations and results, in several languages.
The user journey
- Discover a training sessionBrowse courses, locations and planning, then register.
- Complete an assessmentFor Hex'pert registration, the platform emails a quiz link; answers are submitted automatically when time is up.
- Receive the resultsThe score is calculated and the result is sent by transactional email.
What I built
- Designed the overall architecture: a React public site, a Laravel application and a Filament administration.
- Course planning, locations, registrations and certifications.
- Transactional email across the registration and assessment flow.
- The full assessment sequence: link delivery, timed completion, automatic submission, scoring and results.
- Multilingual content across the public experience.
Stack note. This project uses React and Laravel, not .NET. It shows that I can architect and deliver a complete application on the stack a client already uses.
Status
The platform is complete on staging and ready for the client's content and launch. Because it is not live yet, this page does not claim production usage figures.
